About us

We are based in Bristol but carry out work all over the South West and outer London areas. These include South Wales, Exeter, Plymouth, Portsmouth, Southampton, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Luton, Milton Keynes, in fact any where a window cleaning company capable of carrying out work to the highest quality and to some of the country's tallest and largest buildings is required.

In the Bristol area we clean more high rise buildings than any other company.

S.T.P. Quality Control

At S.T.P. Services Ltd we recognise the importance of the quality of our work and it is our Company Policy to maintain the highest standards possible by implementing a strict conduct.

It is our policy and standard practice to have a works satisfactory note signed off by each client on completion of work. This gives our clients the opportunity to express any concerns and to make comments regarding our work. The comments are then passed to management, who monitor and carry out random quality control checks, on all staff and Contracts.

We ensure that all staff are well groomed and wearing Company uniform at all times, clearly showing the S.T.P. emblem.

S.T.P. are committed to Health and Safety and are constantly monitoring, reviewing and improving our procedures to reduce possible hazards that may arise in the work place. We are very proud of our 100% track record with no accidents or incidents throughout our company's history.

We are well aware of our legal obligations and regard safety as the most important factor within our business. Before any Contract or cleaning task commences, full and comprehensive risk assessment is carried out and submitted to the client.

All our policies and procedures are audited continually by LOGIC SHE SOLUTIONS LTD and all our staff are highly experienced. All staff undergo rigourous training programmes and regularly attend safety workshops and seminars.
