Reach & Wash Pole Cleaning Systems

This relatively new method of cleaning has revolutionised the cleaning industry. By using 100% pure laboratory graded water, which is them pumped through telescopic poles, we are able to access and clean windows to heights in excess or 65 feet (5-6 floors).

There are no Health & Safety risks impeding its use in any way, making it by far, the safest and most cost effective cleaning method with excellent results.

We give free demonstrations of the Reach & Wash window cleaning system which is carried out by our regular staff and not a sales representative.

Ladders

It is not always practical or necessary to use the Reach and Wash system on every Contract, for example, inside building or small shop fronts. This is why we regularly apply conventional methods of cleaning such as the use of ladders with the traditional bucket and squeegee.

By using out specially designed ladders we are able to access and clean windows to heights in excess of 30ft from ground level.

All staff are highly trained and experienced in the use of ladders and have undergone safety courses, by a national recognised training body. Our clients can be assured that a safe method is being implemented at all times.

Cherry picker

S.T.P. Cleaning Services Ltd own their cherry picker unlike any other Company in the area, the saving we make on the other Company's having to hire in machines is passed onto our customers.

All our operators are highly skilled hold IPAF Certificates (industry recognised qualification) and are fully insured.

We also hire out the machines with our operatives so that businesses can carry out maintenance to their buildings, with this service we give a discount to our Window Cleaning customers.

Abseiling

S.T.P. Cleaning Services Ltd carry out more abseiling work in the Bristol area than any other Company, this is due in no small part to our strict adherence to Health & Safety guidelines and constant monitoring and updating our safety Systems.

All our staff are fully IRATA trained and qualified, this is the industry recognised standard.

Use of Cradles

S.T.P. Cleaning Services use more cradles in Bristol than any other Company.

Cradles are being used when they are supplied in position on buildings, these cradles are then maintained by the buildings in question.

S.T.P. operators are full trained in the use of this equipment and are site specifically trained for each building by qualified instructors.
